Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site, including “starting at $2,500,” are starting prices and not offers. Your price depends on your home and is confirmed in a written quote. Installation work is governed by the written agreement you sign with us, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Warranty

Our labor guarantee and the BlueHopper manufacturer warranty are summarized on our warranty page. Full written warranty terms are included with your proposal.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program: Nashville Permanent Lights customer and quote messages.

Consent: By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box (or otherwise opting in) on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Nashville Permanent Lights at that number about your quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, installation and service updates, and, if you opt in, occasional promotional offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't misuse it, attempt to disrupt it or copy its content without permission. Images, videos, logos and text are owned by us or our licensors. BlueHopper and MeshTek are trademarks of their respective owners.

The site links to third-party sites, including our online quote scheduler and the manufacturer's site. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties related to the site and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. This section does not limit any warranty stated in your signed installation agreement.
